Really loved the location and the front desk crew was super nice, especially Cassie! She gave us awesome tips about the area. The room was a bit cramped for four and the bathtub could've been cleaner.

great location for walking everywhere - amazing mountain view - friendly and helpful staff, and comfy beds. got to see a brown recluse spider in our room - but they took care of it fast.

stayed at river terrace resort & convention center and the location was ideal, very close to shops and restaurants. the bed and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable!

Great location in the heart of town, easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff.
Felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Gatlinburg that was conveniently located, offering easy access to the Gatlinburg Parkway and all the activities in the area. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and microwave. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private balcony overlooking the river, where we could relax and feed the ducks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel's restaurant during happy hour.
That our room was a bit small and connected to the neighboring room, which made it noisy at times. Also, the location of our room meant having to walk down a steep embankment or take a long route to access the lobby or parking lot.

We had a noisy room due to nearby construction but the staff quickly moved us to a quieter location. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'll recommend this hotel.
